Terms & Conditions for Hotel Partners
Thank you for choosing MateRevenue Thinking Solutions LLP. Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions governing our services:
1. Scope of Services
1.1. Revenue Management Services:
MateRevenue will manage your property’s revenue by efficiently operating OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), improving your online presence, and maximizing bookings.
1.2. Access Requirements:
- A dedicated user access will be created for the property to manage all OTAs on your behalf.
- A shared email ID with its password must be provided to facilitate smooth operations. All OTA registrations will be assigned to this email ID.
1.3. Exclusions:
The following services are not included in the standard package but can be availed for an additional cost:
- Google My Business & TripAdvisor Management
- Social Media Marketing & Advertising
- Website Management
- Meta & Google Ads
- Guest communication for booking confirmations or cancellations.
1.4. OTA Review Management:
MateRevenue will manage responses to OTA reviews, which will include both the hotel’s and MateRevenue’s name (e.g., Hotel Name – managed by MateRevenue).
1.5. Branding & Image Policy:
- Hotels are required to provide updated, high-resolution images for OTA platforms.
- No third-party branding (e.g., OYO, FabHotels) will be used unless it is the hotel’s branding.
- MateRevenue reserves the right to feature your hotel’s name and logo in marketing materials and portfolio showcases.
2. Service Fees & Payment Terms

2.2. All payments are prepaid and must be cleared before the commencement of services.
3. Contract Duration & Termination
3.1. Agreement Period:
The agreement is for 12 months. If the services are satisfactory, the hotel may extend the contract for subsequent years under mutually agreed terms.
3.2. Termination by Hotel Partner:
- The hotel may terminate the agreement by serving a 15-day written notice via email or the designated WhatsApp group.
- To avoid additional charges, the notice should be provided at least 15 days before the next billing date.
3.3. Termination by MateRevenue:
MateRevenue may terminate the agreement with due notice if terms are violated or dues are unpaid.
3.4. Settlement Process:
Upon termination, all dues must be cleared. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) and OTA credentials (User ID and password) will be provided for smooth clearance.
4. Operating Hours
4.1. Official operating hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
4.2. Limited support is available on Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
4.3. Extended support is provided as required to ensure uninterrupted assistance for the hospitality industry.
5. Authorization for Branding
By engaging with our services, you grant MateRevenue the right to feature your hotel’s name and logo in our portfolio and marketing campaigns.
6. Compliance & Miscellaneous
6.1. Hotels are expected to comply with all instructions for smooth operations and timely provision of requested information.
6.2. MateRevenue will not be liable for delays caused due to incomplete information or lack of cooperation from the hotel.
